I rustici si trovano in una zona molto tranquilla. Sono raggiungibili dal comune di Moghegno, tramite una strada non asfaltata. Arrivati in cima c'è un posteggio per l'auto dal quale in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la proprietà. Un rustico è stato completamente ristrutturato, mentre l'altro è ancora da riattare.
Die Rusticos befinden sich an sehr ruhiger Lage. Von der Gemeinde Moghegno aus erreicht man sie durch eine nicht asphaltierte Strasse. Oben angekommen befindet sich ein Parkplatz, von dem man in 5 Minuten zu Fuss das Grundstück erreicht. Das eine Rustico wurde komplett renoviert und das andere muss noch ausgebaut werden.
L'emplacement de ces deux rusticos est très calme. Depuis la commune de Moghegno, on y accède en voiture par un chemin non goudronné. Au sommet se trouve une place de parc, d'où l'on rejoint la propriété en 5 minutes à pied. Un rustico a déjà été remis en état, l'autre est encore à rénover entièrement.
The "Rusticos" are in a very quiet location and can be reached from the municipality of Mogheno on a unmade-up road. On arrival, there is car park 5 minutes' walk from the property. One of the rusticos has been completely renovated while the other still requires extension.
