The house is situated in small typical istrian village, 5 km from from Labin and 10 kmk from the sea. Excellent position of the property with first neighbour on 150 m of distance. Lands nearby to this property belong to the government company for forest resorts (Hrvatske Sume), so the privacy is guaranteed. The house is south oriented, and the connection to the road is on west part of the property. Around the house is lovely garden, and the house is in excellent conditions. The property is on market with plan for reconstruction which already started (new roof construction and new floor construction already constructed). Taking in consideration the reconstruction plan the property will have hall, kitchen with dinning area, lounge and toilette on ground floor. Das Haus wird im kleinen typischen Istriansche Dorf, 5 Kilometern von von Labin und 10 Kilometern vom Meer aufgestellt. Ausgezeichnete Position der Eigenschaft mit erstem Nachbar auf 150 m des Abstandes. Länder in der Nähe zu dieser Haus gehören der Regierung Firma für Walderholungsorte (Hrvatske Sume), also wird das Privatleben garantiert. Das Haus ist der orientierte Süden, und der Anschluß zur Straße ist auf Westteil der Eigenschaft. Um das Haus ist reizender Garten, und das Haus ist in den ausgezeichneten Bedingungen. Die Eigenschaft ist auf Markt mit Plan für Rekonstruktion, die bereits begann (neuer Dachaufbau und neue der Fußbodenaufbau bereits konstruiert). Kuca se nalazi u malom istarskom selu, 5km udaljenom od Grada Labina i 10km od mora. Garantirana je potpuna privatnost, najblizi susjed je na 150m, a ostalo susjedno zemljiste je u vlasnistvu drzave ( Hrvatske šume ). Orijentacija kuce je jug, a prilaz je sa zapadne strane. Okucnica je odrzavana, a i sama kuca je u odlicnom stanju. Postoji idejno rjesenje za renoviranje kuce, koje je i zapocelo. (novi krov i medjukatna konstrukcija)
Po idejnmo rjesenju - prizemlje se sastoji od hodnika, kuhinje sa blagavaonom, dnevnog boravka, WC-a i stepenista. Kat se sastoji hodnika, kupatila, glavne sobe i dvije djecje sobe. Postoji mogucnost koristenja i potkrovlja.
Kuca ima svu infrastrukturu (voda, struja, telefon), osim kanalizacije, potrebno izgraditi septicku jamu.
